Robbie Antonio, the Founder and CEO of Resident Holdings Group, is a real estate developer, tech entrepreneur, and art patron. Being one of the biggest stalwarts in the field of consumer branding, he has worked with various celebrities and influencers for worldwide projects representing twenty (20) companies in the fields of property, financial technology, educational technology, e-commerce, home accessories, beauty, fashion, jewelry, food, electronics, and gaming.

REAL ESTATE AND PROPERTY TECHNOLOGY

Currently, Antonio has (eighty-two) 82 million square feet worth of developed, in-progress, and managed properties under his belt. He is the Founder and President of Antonio Development in New York where he had the opportunity to work with Pei Partners and the late I.M.Pei for Centurion—the first ground up residential condominium in the world. He also served as the Managing Director of Century Properties where he conceived and spearheaded US $2.1 billion of branded developments with the Trump Organization, Armani Casa, Versace Home, Philippe Starck, Missoni Home, and Paris Hilton.

Antonio is also the Founder and CEO of Revolution Precrafted, the first and only proptech unicorn startup in Southeast Asia and the first startup billion dollar company in the Philippines. It is a global supplier of traditional and prefabricated homes and structures with footprints in (thirty-one) 31 countries within Asia, Middle East, Europe, North and South America, and the Caribbean.

Antonio was recognized as the youngest person in Forbes 50 Richest Filipinos in 2017 and 2018. In 2016, he received an award and was included in list of Top 100 Art collectors in the world. In May 2018, he was named “Real Estate Personality of the Year” by PropertyGuru. In the same year, Antonio was also cited in the 2018 Mavericks Report by BuiltWorlds as one of the “25 Pioneers Who’ve Transformed the Built Industry.”

Robbie Antonio’s experience in brand marketing reaches new heights as he launches his umbrella company: the Resident Holdings. Robbie Antonio is one of the youngest and most prolific collectors of international modern and post-war contemporary art. Because of his accomplishments as an art collector, he has received numerous awards from different organizations. In 2014, Artnet recognized Antonio as one of the “20 of the World’s Most Innovative Art Collectors,” while in 2015, he became part of Artnet’s “Top 200 Art Collectors Worldwide.” Artnet also recognized him as one of the “12 Young Art Collectors to Watch in 2016,” as well as one of the “The World’s Top 100 Art Collectors for 2016.”

Antonio’s passion for art has also led him to collaborate with artists such as Damien Hirst, Takashi Murakami, Marina Abramovich, Maurizio Catellan, Julian Schnabel, Francesco Clemente, Zhang Huan, David La Chapelle, Marilyn Minter, and Julian Opie.
